The beach campsite is located in the resort area of Szeged, directly on the shore of Lake Sziksós. As the third largest city in Hungary, Szeged is a prominent tourist destination in terms of both sights, experiences, events and cultural programs.

Why is this campsite an excellent business decision?
Both the sharply rising real estate prices and the operation or rental of the campsite bring profits that far exceed inflation, it can be operated immediately or rented to a reliable tenant, all permits and administrative infrastructure are available. A safe business model, the property owner is a separate company and the operator is also a separate company (both owned by me).
Among family-friendly naturist campsites, “Sziki” is a well-established brand known throughout Europe, operating for 40 years, with a Hungarian and international clientele, satisfying special needs, with increasing attendance, but also with regular guests who have been returning for many decades. It has been a member of the Federation of Naturists in Hungary (www.fenhu.hu) for 20 years, and therefore also of the International Naturist Association (inf-fni.org), by whom the campsite has an accredited qualification.
